Privacy Policy for Bisaya Toolkit

This Privacy Policy explains how Bisaya Toolkit handles information when you use the application. The current version of Bisaya Toolkit is designed as a Mobile Legends companion/toolkit app and does not require users to create an account or directly provide personal information such as a name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, camera data, or microphone data.

1. Information We Collect

Bisaya Toolkit does not currently ask users to submit personal information directly through the app. The app may access the internet to load game-related content, guides, images, JSON data, updates, and other resources required by its features.

When the app connects to online services, standard technical information may be processed by those services as part of normal internet communication, such as IP address, device/network information, request time, and requested resource. Bisaya Toolkit does not use this information to personally identify users.

2. Internet Access

The app uses internet access to retrieve remote content used by its features, including hero data, skins, builds, matchups, battle effects, maps, and other game-related resources.

3. File and Storage Access

The current release may not require direct storage permission for its normal operation. However, future Bisaya Toolkit features may request access to user-selected files or images when needed for specific features. For example, a future Meme Skins feature may allow users to select or upload an image from their device to create or customize meme skin content.

Any future file or storage access will only be requested when required by a feature. Users will be able to choose whether to grant the requested access. Bisaya Toolkit will only use files or images selected by the user for the requested feature and will not intentionally access unrelated personal files.

4. Permissions

Permissions are used only when necessary for app functionality. The current app requires internet access for online content. Additional permissions may be added in future versions if new features require them. If this happens, this Privacy Policy and the app's Google Play Data Safety information will be updated when necessary.

5. Local Login and Profile Information

Bisaya Toolkit may provide a local login or profile feature. This local login is stored on the user's device and is not a server-based account system. Information entered for the local profile, such as a display name or selected profile image, is intended to remain locally on the device unless a future feature clearly informs the user otherwise.

The local login is used only to personalize app features and does not require users to create an online Bisaya Toolkit account.

6. Third-Party Services and External Content

Bisaya Toolkit may retrieve content from third-party or externally hosted services. Those services may have their own privacy practices. Information handled directly by a third-party service is governed by that service's own privacy policy and terms.

7. Data Sharing

Bisaya Toolkit does not sell personal information. The app does not intentionally share personal information with third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

8. Data Retention

Bisaya Toolkit does not maintain a server-based user-account database containing names, emails, phone numbers, or similar account information. Local profile information, user-selected images, preferences, temporary app data, or cached content may be stored on the user's device as needed for app functionality. Local data may generally be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

9. Security

Reasonable steps are taken to keep app functionality and data access limited to what is necessary. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Bisaya Toolkit does not knowingly require children to submit personal information through the app. If a future feature introduces collection of personal information, the policy and relevant safeguards will be updated as required by applicable law and Google Play policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Bisaya Toolkit adds or changes features, permissions, third-party services, or data practices. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
